Today, the rights of working people are under attack as never before. Join us to make Monday, April 4, 2011, and the days surrounding it, a day to stand in solidarity with working people in Wisconsin and dozens of other states where right-wing politicos are trying to execute their cheap labor agenda.
This day is the anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King, who gave his life while working to help the people in the face of powerful, entrenched interests. Rallying to support working folks is a great way to commemorate Dr. King’s life and work.

It’s been almost two weeks since the strong-arming of Wisconsin began. The Wisconsin 14 are coming under heavy pressure to return, including threats from Scott Walker to lay off thousands of workers.
